Our History

1961

Sensodyne® Original, a desensitizing toothpaste containing strontium chloride, first launches in the US and UK. Strontium Chloride helps to block the dentin tubules.

1980

1980

Sensodyne® F, the first toothpaste containing potassium nitrate (which helps to sooth the nerves inside the teeth), is lauched. It's clinically proven to relieve pain when used twice a day.

2012

2012

Sensodyne® Repair and Protect, containing 5% NovaMin and fluoride, is lauched. It helps repair sensitive areas of the teeth.

2015

2015

Sensodyne Complete Protection is launched. Containing stannous flouride, advanced technology that helps build a protective layer over exposed dentine and delivers clinically proven relief from the pain of sensitivity.
